ROME -
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Evening transfer to the Trastevere district. Indian dinner included.Welcome to Rome! Transfer from airport to hotel and free time to explore before meeting your guide and fellow travellers. You will receive information about the start of the circuit during the afternoon, or you can check the informative panels in the hotel reception area. 18.30 hrs.- At the end of the evening we arrange a transfer to Trastevere area. This neighborhood will be a great introduction to Rome, a stroll in the narrow cobbled streets of the Trastevere district reveals hidden treasures to us, such as some modest medieval churches, small shops with the most peculiar of objects or scenes of daily life. Indian dinner included. Return to hotel. Day 2
ROME -
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: City tour of Rome. Roman Coliseum (admission price included). Indian dinner. In the morning, we have a scenic tour of the city, which will be a great introduction to “The Eternal city”. We will know the tiny state of the Vatican. The Vatican City is a principal centre of Christianity in the world. You will be able to visit St. Peter’s Basilica. And we have also included admission to the Roman Coliseum, the principal symbol of Rome. This impressive construction dates back 2,000 years and will transport us in time so that we can learn about ancient society in the Roman Empire. In the evening, indian dinner included. Day 3
ROME - FLORENCE -
TODAY’S HIGLIGHTS: Tour with a local expert from Florence. View from Piazzale Michelangelo. Indian dinner. We will leave Rome, heading north. This route is graced with beautiful landscapes. Upon arrival in FLORENCE, we head straight to Piazzale Michelangelo, an impressive site in the city. After lunch, we provide a tour with a local expert, and walk through the historic centre, taking in places such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and Plaza della Signoria. This city is truly an outdoor museum. Free time to explore. In the evening, you will have an indian dinner included. Day 4
FLORENCE - VENICE -
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: boat on Venice’s Canal. Visit and admission to the St Mark´s Basilica. Admire the technique of crafting Murano Glass. Dinner included. Today we enjoy stunning mountain landscapes while crossing the Apennine Mountains. Arriving in VENICE, we will take a boat and cross the Giudecca to the Island of Venice. With a local guide, we will visit the marvellous St Mark´s Square and enter the marvellous basilica (entry cost included). Afterwards, we shall be able to visit the Murano glass factory. It is marvellous to see the technique of how this ancient glass is made. Free time. At the end of the day, you will have the chance to have dinner in an indian restaurant (included).Accommodation in the Mestre district. Day 5
VENICE - INNSBRUCK - KITZBUHEL -
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Breathtaking landscapes. Dinner included. We will depart from Venice, travelling to Austria!. Arrival to INNSBRUCK, time to stroll in the historic centre and have lunch. After this, we travel along a very pretty scenic road between the mountains to KITZBÜHEL – Arrival and time to see this picturesque little village, a famous ski resort where we can enjoy the snow for a large part of the year! Free time. Dinner included (vegetarian option possible). Day 6
KITZBUHEL - SALZBURG - VIENNA -
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Alpine cable car- Salzburg, the city of Mozart. Fantastic scenery. Cruise on a lake. Indian dinner.Departing in the morning, we include a cable car ride up to the high mountains that surround Kitbuhel, with snow 9 months a year, fantastic scenery; in summer, those who wish may visit the “alpine flower garden”. We will continue to explore Austria, traveling between the mountains, and arriving in SALZBURG. Our guide will accompany us through the beautiful streets of this city’s historic centre, declared a World Heritage site. We make our way between lakes and mountains in the next stage. Our next stop is in ST. WOLFGANG, a famous place of pilgrimage in Austria. We continue to TRAUNKIRCHEN with its beautiful Traunsee Lake, where we take a cruise to see four castles, disembarking in GMUNDEN. After this we continue to VIENNA, arriving in the late afternoon. VIENNA -
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Vienna city tour. Gardens of the immense Schönbrunn Palace. Indian dinner included. Today, we include a scenic visit around this impresive city with a local expert. Here, we experience its majestic avenues, its palaces and the vibrant city centre. Then we directly head the Schönbrunn Palace where visitors can stroll around and enjoy its beautiful gardens. After a time for lunch, free afternoon in the city center. In the evening we go to the City Hall Square to enjoy the lighting and the nightlife in the neighbouring streets. Indian dinner included. Day 8
VIENNA - BUDAPEST -
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Cruise on the Danube, city tour of Budapest, evening transfer. Indian dinner included.We have an approximately three-hour journey to BUDAPEST, Hungary. Arriving at around 11:30, we will discover Budapest (known as the “Queen of the Danube”) on a boat tour along the river. Budapest is divided by the Danube River, with historic Buda on one side and cosmopolitan Pest on the opposite side. Time for lunch, followed by a scenic tour of the city. After the tour enjoy some leisure time. At the end of the day we finish in the lively area of Vaci Utca. Indian dinner included. Day 9
BUDAPEST - BRATISLAVA - PRAGUE -
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Indian lunch and dinner included. We will leave Budapest for BRATISLAVA, the capital of Slovakia and a city alongside the Danube with an attractive historic centre. Time to see the city and have lunch, included. After lunch we will continue on our way to the Czech Republic. PRAGUE - Arrival in the evening. We provide transport to take you to the Old Town Square. This central location is full of energy and touristic activities. It0s a marvellous place to acquaint ourselves with Prague. Indian dinner included. Day 10
PRAGUE -
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: City tour of Prague. Visit to Castle. Boat tour along the river Vltava. Indian dinner.Today we are visiting the capital, which is the Baroque jewel of Europe. Our local expert will provide an informative city tour, which will include the outstanding monuments. During the visit we walk through Prague Castle (admission included). Subsequently, we shall take a magnificent boat tour on the river Vltava. Free time in the afternoon to explore Prague. In the evening, we enjoy time in the historic city centre. Indian dinner included. Return to hotel. Day 11
